What is your processing time?
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that this does not include the time the order is in transit to your home. The processing time solely refers to the time it takes for me to gather your items, package them, and deliver them to the post office.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping occurs on Fridays and occasionally Sundays since we have to travel out of town to secure the best shipping rates. Usually, it takes 3-8 business days for items to arrive without any delays. Rest assured, all orders include tracking!
What if I need to return my items?
If the item has not been customized by yourself, we will gladly process a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. However, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for personalized items as they cannot be reused for another customer. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions about personalized products prior to making a purchase.
Kindly note that the customer is expected to cover the expenses associated with return shipping fees.
